If you wish to delete your user data collected by MarshMallow Studios, please email us at connect@marshystudios.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
What to include in your email
- Your full name and the email address used on our site
- Any order number(s) or account ID (if available)
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data
How we process your request
We will verify your identity and permanently delete all associated personal data from our active systems within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Notes: Certain records may be retained where required by law (e.g., tax or accounting). Backups are purged on a rolling basis, and data may persist in encrypted backups until those cycles complete.
