🌍 International Customers

These Terms apply to all purchases worldwide. Customers outside the European Union, including those in the United States, are subject to their own local consumer protection laws in addition to these Terms.

💾 🔟 Digital Products and Licensing

All digital products sold through MarshMallow Studios (including downloadable files, digital artwork, images, music, or videos) are delivered electronically via download link or email after payment confirmation. No physical shipping is required for digital purchases.

By purchasing or downloading a digital product, you agree to the following terms:

  • 💡 All digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link or file has been delivered.
  • 💡 Digital items are licensed for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • 💡 Redistribution, resale, or modification of any digital content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the intellectual property owner, MarshMallow Studios (brand).
  • 💡 You may not claim ownership or authorship of any MarshMallow Studios intellectual property, characters, or designs.

If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., broken link or corrupted file), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at connect@marshystudios.com and we’ll promptly re-send or replace the file.

By completing a digital purchase, you acknowledge that the product is delivered instantly and that you waive your right to a refund under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
